So, only 2 days after school started, Tropical storm Fay hit. And we ended up getting the rest of the week off. So let me start off from the beginning. New changes in the morning bus. We now have to ride with LaVilla kids! (middle schoolers) now, can anyone tell me what happens when you put a cranky Becky who is clearly not a morning person with a bus full of hyper little sixth graders that are ghetto and scream a lot? You get a very annoyed Becky who has to adjust her playlist so that she can drown out the kids and get closer and closer to being deaf. But anyway. I walk into the sculpture garden, and and :icon~Aunumwolf42: had a box with a little kitten inside! apparently she/he was a stray that I think Mr.Wilson found and they needed help to try to get the other one. (he was hiding in between a wall and generator and wouldn't come out) so I basically spent my entire morning trying to get him out by tempting him with my breakfast, I was close but I had to go to homeroom. The rest of school was ok, don't have a friend in physics tho, unless my friend Kenya stays since she wants a schedule change because she hates a couple of people in the class and the teacher himself. Not much else happened on the first day. I have a lunch with my sis! She glomped me from behind while i was eating a hamburger. But I was happy to see my sis again. Since my classes are nowhere near hers and I feel guilty that I can't help her around school. But I thank the friends that helped her around. The second day was cold. My B-day classes are freezing!! I thought I had frostbite when I left my algerbra class. BTW luv my algerbra 2 teacher, it's Mr.Allen! I feel stupid tho because I'm a junior in a class filled with freshman, didn't realize they were so smart. Anywho, then later on that day, my mom needed to go shopping at Ross for my little sis, so they dropped me off at Best Buy (since I'm an electronic nerd) and my friend Kirstyn called me, and we talked, and she was watching the news waiting to hear if we would go to school. Thank God she called me because I probably would've been dumb and went. So we thankfully had Wednesday and Thursday off. and since Tropical Storm Fay was so slow we got Friday off too. The storm wasn't that bad in my opinion. The worst that happened to us was that our backyard became flooded because the creek overflowed. It went down after a couple of hours tho. And our road was flooded. Still kind of is. And there's branches everywhere, me and my mom are gonna clean up the neighborhood since our neighbors most likely will be too lazy to do it themselves. Adn we were one of the lucky ones, we were one of the only ones with electricity. It went off a couple of times but the longest we were without it was like 20 minutes. But sadly our cable disappeared yesterday. Me and my mom were like "NO WE NEED TO WATCH OUR NOVELA!!" So we went to my grandma's house since she still had cable. And OMFG there's this little lot in front of my grandma's apartment and there's this huge tree on the lot, well it went down. Thankfully it was far away from the apartments but now it serves as a roadblock. I wish I had a camera so I could take a picture of it. Anywho. Saw House Bunny today. That was the most funniest movie I've ever watched!!! You gotta see it!! Not much else going on. So bye.

New freshmen. Ugh. Bring lots of pain-killers. I had to go to the freshman orientation because my little sis is now joining us at DA. and oh my f***ing God! They all screamed for 5 minutes straight, at the top of their lungs just because they saw our mascot. X| It sounded like white noise, I almost became deaf. My sis and her peeps are all right tho. Since apparently they have a mature mentallity. But the rest. I'm going to end up being pissed off the first week of school. But on the brighter side, my Tio Tavo's coming to town!! ^^ He's coming the day after tomorrow!! So that makes me happy. And in other pointless news I was bored last night so I decided to make an American Idol version of Avatar the Last Airbender! Yeah, I was really bored. And as for artwork. I'm currently working on a Zutara contest entry. It's a comic and I'm in the middle of coloring the first page. Even tho I have to redraw the first panel. Well, so long my peeps!!

Just finished reading Breaking Dawn! I luved it!! I don't care what some of the deviants are saying, I say it was one of her best, very unpredictable for me considering most of the stuff I've read. Yeah, I begged my mom about it a week before it came out. I had to clean her room and everything. So we planned on going to the mall the day it came out but she changed her mind and we went yesterday. I was surprised by how many there were espically since I didn't even pre-order (kept forgetting) but I started reading it once I had my seatbelt on in the car, I could barely put it down!! I'm not going to give out any spoilers on here so if u want to hear gush about it send me a note and we'll have long conversations! Well not much else going on in my life. Got an idea for a new drawing tho, and it's not Avatar fanart!! Well maybe a couple. Now to go and congratulate my mom on finally graduating from college.!!

Yeah, I came back Sunday night but I was watching some of my new DVDs yesterday. So anywho. Metrocon was awesomeness!! I'm going to go nxt yr.! So Thursday night I slept over at Angelica's house (and I probably misspelled her name but I don't feel like spelling right or looking at my yearbook) and we fell aslseep at 5 am and had to wake up at 6am so we fell asleep on the way there. So then we got to the con. Angelica let me borrow her Shinigami cosplay because it was too big on her and she wanted to be Akamaru. So that was cool. We got there, shopped a little, looked for Carley, talked to her when we found her, went on a speed-dating panel. Ha my first date was with this really hot 21 yr.old guy who dressed up as someone from Meet the Spartans, and dammit I didn't get his e-mail. He was so funny too. Then I went to see an Avatar fight show since I'm an Avatard (still am even tho the show's over), then I talked to my friend Kirstyn on the phone since Angelica was iun this quick drawing panel and I didn't feel like drawing. Then we went to the masquerade. Man, my cosplay kept making me trip. But it was fun. Then we went back to our hotel, showered, ate a little, and slept. The next day was like a Good vs. Evil. First we had to go to a couple of stores because Angelica needed a bag to carry her stuff and money in. So we went to Wal-Mart and Target in our costumes, and it was funny because she was Akamaru again and she made a couple of kids cry. And I was Akatsuki Sakura so a couple of boys were like "Sweet they're from Naruto!" Then when we went to the convention center, it took us 2 hours just to be dropped off because of the stupid red bull thing, they had a lot of the roads closed off. And I was starving because I didn't eat breakfast. And when we finally went there the place was packed with normies!! DX It was hell, Angelica was getting annoyed with everyone asking her to take pictures with their kids since she hates kids with a passion. And it was funny tho because some people had this huge sign that said "Metrocon does not need wings to fly" and then there was a Luffie who carried something with a sign that said "Suck it normal people!" So I thought that was funny but it got annoying when there people kept making fun of us in costumes. I was half-expecting a fight to happen. I even heard that some of the drunk red bull people kept sexually harrasing some girls, espically the furries. But it was awesome after they left. they left around 4 or 5 and so there was this huge line of people going around the convention center cheering and yelling Metrocon! I was one of them ^^ Then I went to a furry panel where we played dodgeball, it was fun. Then afterwards I watched an Avatar fire show! It was so amazing!! It was kind of ironic since Katara was technically fire-bending. Then afterwards we waited 2 hours in line for the rave. The rave was awesome but we ended up leaving like an hour later. Then the next day we went to Bush Gardens, I loved it! I actually had someone to ride roller coasters with and play in the arcade! That made me happy!! Then we came home. But i had fun. I bought less stuff this year than last yr.

Loved the Southern Raiders episode! Total Zutara!!! And Katara's kickass!!! I think this episode converted my sister to Zutara. The Ember Island Players was the most funny episode of the whole series!! I loved it when that kid ran up to Zuko and said
"I love ur costume, too bad ur scar's on the wrong side!!" "IT'S NOT ON THE WRONG SIDE!"
And how he put his hood up that was hilarious! But grah! I hated how Aang basically molested Katara! (not literally) I mean come on Dude!! She just said she was confused (because she was liking Zuko too, me and my sis know it!) and he goes up and tries to suck her face! Me and my sis cheered when she yelled at him! (I don't really want any flames after this, I'm not making fun of Kataang, nor am I trying to convince anyone that Zutara's better I'm just explaining what I think). An then the movie just pissed us off. I honestly cannont stand Aang, it's just me, I couldn't stand how he was like "Ozai's another human and I can't kill him!" But I did love it when Jun came in and made Zuko and Katara blush! Go Jun! I'm so naming my future (distant future) daugther after u! But I loved the fight scenes, they were just beautifully animated and so heart-pounding, espically when Zuko and Katara fought against Azula. That was my favorite fight! AND YES ZUKO JUMPED IN FRONT OF LIGHTNING FOR HER!!!! But they didn't get together. And I agree with on how the relationships were so sudden (read her journal to see what I'm talking about) And I was so happy when they showed Iroh again!! Well enough ranting. I'll go back to reading Zutara since Mike and Bryan crushed me with that sneaky move they did ( After like 6 Zutara episodes in a row they still made Kataang happen!) T_T

Random journal. Ok, so I'm browsing devart for something about shipping wars that I heard about. And I see all of these Zutara deviations going like Happy Zutara Week? And these things were submitted last week. Who started that anyway? And since I'm a Zutara fan myself why didn't I hear about it? But whatever. Is any of my watchers a Zutara fan too? Because I feel alone in that one. And I'm so sick of shipping wars! This show has the worst wars I've ever seen! I can't even find good Zutara fanfictions without everyone going like "Kataangers die!" It's so immature, and there's some Zutarians out there that were like "OMG Mike and Bryan said no Zutara? Ek! No more, I refuse to watch the show!" Come on people seriously! IT'S A F***ING KID'S SHOW!!!! Remeber when u were a kid and all of those shows u used to watch, u never went like "Oh, I want so and so to end up with so and so!" do u really think kids are going to care who ends up with who? I luv the show, I luv all of the symbolism and religious prefences that they have in there. But I hate how there's so many people out there that like to embaress themselves by starting something as ridiculous as a shipping war. :sigh: But, that's ships for u. So yeah, sorry about. Just had to rant a little to get it out since no one in my family really cares about that.
